Important status and limitation
CAM Capital Strategies does not provide individualized investment advice, portfolio management, trade signals, brokerage services, commodity trading advice, legal advice, tax advice, or accounting advice. CAM does not act as your investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading adviser, fiduciary, attorney, accountant, or tax professional.
Nothing on this website, in an email, during a fit call, in a coaching session, in general research education, or in a technical deliverable should be understood as a recommendation that any person buy, sell, hold, size, time, or use any security, futures contract, option, strategy, platform, broker, or automated system.
Website language, disclaimers, and recorded meetings do not change the legal character of actual conduct. CAM intends to maintain the service boundaries described here. If a requested topic would exceed those boundaries, CAM may decline or stop the discussion and suggest that you consult an appropriately licensed professional.
Terms of use
Use of this website
Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms of Use and the policies on this page. This website and CAM services are intended for adults age 18 or older in the United States. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request a service.
No relationship created
Visiting the site, sending a message, receiving a reply, or attending a free fit call does not create an adviser-client, fiduciary, coaching, consulting, or other professional relationship. A paid service begins only after CAM confirms scope, terms, availability, and any required payment or written agreement. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
Educational information may change
Markets, technology, regulations, data, platforms, and software change frequently. Content may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or outdated and may be revised without notice. You must independently verify information before relying on it.
Intellectual property
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, CAM materials are provided to the purchaser for personal, noncommercial educational use. You may not publish, resell, sublicense, distribute, remove notices from, or represent CAM materials as your own without written permission. Third-party names, marks, data, and software remain the property of their respective owners.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, or use CAM materials to mislead others. CAM may refuse service or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, or legal obligations.
Third-party services and links
CAM may reference or use third-party brokers, market-data providers, APIs, artificial-intelligence services, scheduling systems, Microsoft Teams, Formspree, hosting providers, or other tools. References are not endorsements. Third parties control their own availability, accuracy, security, pricing, policies, and terms, and CAM is not responsible for their acts or omissions.
No warranties; limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, content, and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, profitability, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; trading losses; lost profits; lost data; business interruption; or losses arising from reliance on content, third-party services, code, automation, or AI output. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
Changes, severability, and no waiver
CAM may update these policies by posting a new effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Service boundaries
What CAM does—and does not do
- CAM provides general market education, process education, educational coaching, technology education, workflow analysis, and defined technical implementation.
- CAM does not determine whether any investment, trade, strategy, allocation, risk level, broker, or product is suitable for you.
- CAM does not provide personalized buy, sell, hold, sizing, timing, hedging, allocation, or account-level recommendations.
- CAM does not accept deposits, custody funds or assets, receive brokerage credentials, access accounts, exercise discretion, execute orders, or monitor positions for you.
- CAM does not accept compensation based on investment performance, trading profits, transactions, assets under management, or referrals unless separately disclosed and lawfully documented.
- You are responsible for your own research, professional advice, testing, approvals, platform compliance, risk limits, and every trading or investment decision.
Do not send or display account numbers, passwords, authentication codes, private keys, tax records, full financial statements, or other sensitive financial information. CAM will not ask for your brokerage password or authority to trade.
Trading risk disclosure
You can lose all of the capital you commit.
Trading and investing involve substantial risk and are not appropriate for everyone. Market prices can change rapidly. Liquidity may disappear. Orders may be delayed, rejected, or filled at prices different from those expected. Fees, spreads, taxes, financing charges, data errors, outages, and slippage can materially affect results.
Futures, options, short positions, leveraged products, margin, and certain automated strategies can create losses rapidly and may expose you to losses greater than your initial deposit. Only use risk capital you can afford to lose. Consider your objectives, experience, financial circumstances, and risk tolerance with appropriately licensed financial, legal, and tax professionals.
Past, hypothetical, simulated, and backtested results
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Hypothetical, simulated, paper-trading, and backtested examples have significant limitations. They may benefit from hindsight, omit real-world execution constraints, use assumptions that cannot be replicated, and fail to reflect liquidity, emotions, outages, changing market regimes, fees, slippage, taxes, or the ability to withstand losses. No representation is made that any person will achieve results similar to an example.
No earnings or success claim
CAM does not promise income, profits, capital preservation, improved performance, reduced losses, employment, business success, or any particular outcome. Testimonials, if ever used, reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed results.
Technology and AI risk
Automation increases capability—and operational risk.
Code, scripts, APIs, data feeds, models, and AI systems can contain defects, hallucinations, biased assumptions, stale information, security vulnerabilities, or unexpected behavior. Connectivity, platform, permissions, rate limits, corporate actions, symbol mapping, time zones, order types, and data quality can cause failures or unintended orders.
Technical demonstrations and deliverables are not guaranteed to be error-free, profitable, secure, compatible, or continuously available. Unless a written scope expressly states otherwise, CAM does not deploy to or control a live brokerage account. Clients must review code, follow applicable platform and data licenses, use secure credentials, test in isolated and simulated environments, establish independent safeguards and kill switches, monitor operation, and decide whether any live use is appropriate. AI output must be independently checked by a qualified human.
Meeting recording notice
Scheduled meetings require explicit consent to recording.
CAM requires scheduled consultations, fit calls, coaching sessions, and project meetings to be recorded for quality, training, documentation, security, dispute resolution, and compliance purposes. Notice is provided before scheduling or attendance and again when recording begins. Every participant must provide affirmative consent before participating in the recorded portion. If any participant does not consent, CAM will not proceed with the meeting and may reschedule, provide a written alternative, or decline the engagement.
Recordings may capture names, voices, video, chat, screen sharing, transcripts, captions, and meeting metadata. Participants must not display credentials, authentication codes, account numbers, private keys, or unnecessary sensitive information. CAM may pause or stop a recording if sensitive information appears.
Recordings are limited to authorized access and retained only for legitimate business, security, dispute, or legal purposes under CAM’s retention practices. They may be disclosed to service providers supporting storage or transcription, professional advisers, insurers, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when reasonably necessary or legally required. A recording documents what occurred; it is not proof of regulatory compliance and does not alter the legal character of the services provided.
Pricing and engagements
Scope and terms are confirmed before payment.
Website prices are in U.S. dollars and may change. “Starting at” pricing is an estimate, not a binding quote. Third-party software, market data, platform, hosting, transaction, payment-processing, and professional-service costs are not included unless stated in writing.
Fees purchase educational time or defined technical deliverables, not returns or results. Scope, deliverables, timing, payment, rescheduling, cancellation, refund, support, acceptance, and intellectual-property terms will be confirmed before payment or in a separate agreement. CAM may decline a request that falls outside its educational and technical boundaries.
Privacy policy
Information we collect and how we use it
Information you provide
CAM may collect your name, email address, experience level, stated interests, messages, scheduling information, service records, payment and transaction confirmation, and communications. If you attend a recorded meeting, CAM may also collect audio, video, screen sharing, chat, transcripts, captions, and meeting metadata. Please provide only information necessary for your inquiry or service.
Technical information
Website and infrastructure providers may automatically process IP addresses, device and browser information, timestamps, referral information, security events, and basic request logs needed to deliver and protect the site. With your permission, CAM also uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, traffic sources, device categories, and general website interactions such as pricing, contact, email, and form-submission events. Analytics events use generic labels and are not designed to include the contents of form fields, messages, account information, or other sensitive financial data.
Analytics choices and local storage
Google Analytics is disabled unless you select “Allow analytics” in the website privacy controls. CAM disables advertising personalization and Google advertising signals in its analytics configuration. Your choice is stored on your device so the site can remember it. You may change your selection at any time using the “Privacy choices” button. Selecting “Necessary only” does not restrict access to the website.
Purposes
CAM uses information to respond to inquiries, evaluate service fit, schedule and deliver services, process and document transactions, maintain business and compliance records, secure and improve operations, enforce agreements, prevent misuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers and disclosures
Information may be processed by providers supporting website hosting, Formspree form delivery, email, Microsoft Teams, scheduling, payment processing, file storage, security, transcription, Google Analytics, accounting, and professional advice. Google may process consented analytics information under its own terms and privacy practices. CAM may also disclose information with your direction; to protect rights, safety, users, or systems; in connection with a business reorganization; or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, court orders, regulators, or lawful government requests. CAM does not sell personal information for money or use analytics information for targeted advertising.
Retention and security
CAM retains information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, contractual requirements, disputes, security, backup cycles, and applicable legal obligations, then deletes or de-identifies it when appropriate. Retention periods vary by record type. CAM uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including restricted access where practical, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing CAM. Requests are subject to identity verification and legal, security, contractual, and recordkeeping exceptions. You may opt out of nonessential marketing messages at any time; service and legal communications may still be sent.
Children, external services, and U.S. processing
CAM services are not directed to children under 18, and CAM does not knowingly collect their information. Third-party sites and services have separate privacy practices. Information is processed in the United States; users outside the United States should not submit information unless they understand and accept that processing.
